Learn FlyFishing Guided cast&fish clinic
I operate from April to October, All guests will need a fishing license, not provided, 1 day non-resident can be purchased online for $17/person. I provide all gear.
We will meet and briefly discuss the major concepts of fly fishing, casting and line control mechanics. I have some practice rods we will use to get comfortable with the motions, casting in grass to targets. We will discuss rod parts and rig up the fly rods and continue casting practice. When guests are comfortable with casting mechanics, we will move on to the terminal tackle discussion, I will show you a few knots and teach you how to rig up from fly line to leader to tippet to fly.
At this point we are 2-2.5 hours into the trip and we will break for lunch. That will leave us around 3 hours to fish, we will see a few different stretches of the river and work on line mending, or on-water line control. I will demo briefly and then help you achieve the necessary drag free drift, and most days we are rewarded with a hook up on a brown trout
I’ll show you a couple techniques and explain what you’re trying to do and why it will or won’t take a fish. I’ll be there by your side to net your fish and take pics and high five you after we set it free.

This trail is located 30 minutes from Denver and it's easily accessible year-round. We will go on a leisurely walk to explore the scenic views while photographically documenting the experience. RiNo Art District is one of my favorite areas, and where we will mainly be for this tour. You/and your group will pose in front of street art murals and graffiti by talented local artists. Sometimes, you will happen upon the artist in action. I will tell you the background on the RiNo district and the art we see. I will also recommend local breweries, restaurants, and shops to visit after the tour.
Within 2 weeks of your tour, you will receive a web gallery. I spend my time editing, so that you get the best reminders of your day in the RiNo Art District. You can print and share any or all. The photographs are yours to keep.
I will teach you some helpful tips to take great photos on your own!
This is a great tour for solo and group tourists, as you will get more than just selfies on your trip around Denver. We will spend around an hour together strolling and exploring the RiNo district.

Sacred Cacao Circle w/ Guided Meditation
Join me and take a journey back to your heart in a unique Denver experience like no other!
For thousands of years the ancient Maya, Olmec and Aztec civilizations used cacao as a way to connect physically and spiritually back to each other and back to their hearts.
A Maya legend tells of when there is an imbalance between Humans and their activity and Earth, Cacao comes from the rainforest to remind people of their hearts and return the Earth to a state of harmony.
For this experience we will meet at Cheesman Park (we will be outside and socially distanced). Here I will start the experience by giving you the history of Cheesman Park and explaining the difference between Ceremonial Cacao vs. regular chocolate.
Next we will prepare for the ceremony by sitting in a circle on our yoga mats. After a spiritual, elemental, and cosmic invocation, we will drink our cacao together (A sacred cup of hot chocolate). I will then lead you through an invigorating breath work session combined with a guided meditation that will ignite you into your truth.
On this 1.5 hour journey you will experience first hand the heart opening magic of cacao. No experience is necessary.
A Yoga mat and ceremonial cacao drink will be provided.
