Formerly home to thousands of acres of potato fields and later on a quiet retreat for artists and writers, Sagaponack is surrounded by bucolic landscapes and is now as well known for its tony atmosphere and architecture as it is for its storied farm stands. Our sunset electric bike ride to the beach begins when you check-in and meet our eBike team for a riders’ meeting in the Village Parking Lot at 99 School Street (behind the Candy Kitchen; look for our GO GO Van), and to be properly fitted and oriented to your Royal Dutch Gazelle electric bike. Our 15 mile guided tour experience will be a thoroughly enjoyable ride to the pavilion at Sagg Main Beach, and follows much of the historic street racing route of the vintage Bridgehampton Sports Car Races, but at a relaxing, no-rush pace on a modern Class 1 electric bike.

We provide a surfing experience at Scott Cameron beach 425 Dune Rd, Bridgehampton, NY 11932. Learning boards are supplied. We will work together to get you or your group up and riding waves likely on the first day. Lessons are an hour and fifteen minutes with a solid hour of water time. We will spend a few brief moments on the beach making some adjustments and working on fundamentals before we head into the surf. You will have an instructor next to you the entire time helping with board control, wave selection, takeoff angle and all the other variables involved with successfully catching and riding waves. Water temperatures are in the mid to high 60’s for mid July and you might want to bring a wetsuit of some kind if you get cold easily. I have been surfing for most of my 30 something years on the planet and it has brought me so many wonderful moments. NOFO Adventures' historical e-bike tour starts at NoFo Bikes a family-owned business right in the heart of downtown Greenport. Here our guides will fit you into an American-made e-bike (courtesy of the Electric Bike) and helmet. Once guests are ready we’ll perform a 10-minute orientation on how to use and stay safe on the electric bikes. Riders will take a practice ride on paved roads with minimal traffic and get familiar with the pedal assist and throttle operation. Once all riders are confident we’ll embark on our tour through the towns and discuss the local history including these landmarks: Townsend Manor Inn Brecknock Hall Lavender By The Bay Truman Beach Oyster Ponds Historical Society Museums and Buildings "The Point" at Orient Point Once all riders are done snapping photos of the pristine beaches, and historic sights, we'll head to a quintessential North Fork farmhouse in Orient for a farm-to-table culinary experience. Owner, Nancy Ferraris, trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. The meal will feature seasonal ingredients freshly picked from local farms and Nancy will be happy to share her knowledge of the seasonal recipes. After a relaxing meal, we will find our way back to NoFo Bikes!

Experience Shelter Island’s tranquil beauty on an ebike during an unforgettable sunset adventure! Cycle on the roads less taken on a leisurely ride in the cool of the evening on our Dutch-made Gazelle electric bikes. Thanks to our battery assisted ebikes, you will be amazed at the magical riding experience that allows you to ride up the hills of Shelter Island with ease. Effortlessly cruise along miles of pristine beaches and shady lanes on this beautiful 2 hour ride on the island. Our bikes with their bright headlights and tail lights shine the way back on the twilight ride back to the waterfront docks as we catch the last of the setting sun on the ferry back to our starting point in beautiful downtown Greenport.

Guests will arrive on our 45 acre property and be greeted by the hosts, Maggie & Kelly (and our cute pups)! We will take them on a one hour guided tour of our biodiverse landscape and teach them about the ins and outs of a working apiary. Guests will learn about the lifecycle of the honeybees and see them in their natural habitat. We will end this time in our Honey House, where guests will have the opportunity to purchase some of our homemade products. After the conclusion of the tour, guests will have an hour to explore our wooded trails on their own, taking in the vast beauty of the Hudson Valley region.

We start off in downtown Northampton, a vibrant college town with a main street of historic buildings and plenty of unconventional style. It begins with an introduction to each other and our guide in Pulaski Park, we have our first taste of ripe seasonal produce that reflects the 300+ years of agriculture here and the very rich glacial soil that was once a lakebed. During the walking tour we will visit 6 different food venues including an artisanal bakery that sources and mills its grain locally, a restaurant that pickles and preserves local produce to use year round, a butcher that sources all of his meat within 50 miles, and taste local cider from one of the top three cider regions in the world. Questions are bound to arise about the many small independent businesses, the close knit food community and how so many cafes can exist in such a small city. We meet the producers themselves, who demonstrate their pride and passion for their craft. Throughout the tour guests will savor the food, but also the stories, details and encounters that reveal the uncommon character of this cultured city surrounded by farm
