We will be exploring a couple of the best breweries of Asheville by SUP and kayak! 21&up. Get your friends together for a river caravan down the French Broad! This river is flat and wide, an easy beginner run, winding through the river arts district. Our guides will help you learn to kayak or SUP if you are new to it. It is a scenic and fun way to get to the breweries. Great for groups, solo travelers or couples, because you make friends with your crew throughout the afternoon. We have dry bags for personal items, dress to get wet and still be able to walk a block or two. Our takeouts are riverside banks, not docks, so ability to get out of your boat and walk up a trail is required. A sample or two can be provided at the breweries, but bring your wallet to purchase beer and food.

I’ll introduce you to each horse in the barn, you’ll learn their stories and feed them treats. Then we’ll select several and groom them slowly while listening to peaceful music that calms not only the horse but also you. By giving the horse love and attention you will learn to trust them, as they will learn to trust you. After they have been groomed we will take them for a short walk on a lead line either inside the indoor arena or out on the state park that connects with Hidden Springs Farm, depending on the weather. We’ll end the walk by returning to the barn and you’ll leave the farm feeling connected to nature and horses and feeling refreshed. Other things to note These horses are used to people but that doesn’t mean that they don’t get nervous. Ways to avoid nervous horses is to approach slowly, make no sudden movements and speak in a quiet, even voice. A lot of our horses have been through traumatic situations so this is important!

You will arrive in silence, get settled and we will ground our energies in the space. I will play crystal singing bowls to begin our journey together. We will sit on cushions on the floor (sofa available if needed) and remain in silence while I serve the first 3 bowls of Living Tea. This is an opportunity to let the Tea integrate into the body & move the Chi. I will then welcome you to the space & check in to see how you are feeling in the moment & if you have anything you might feel called to share. As the Tea moves the energy, conversation seems to unfold effortlessly and with a flair towards more conscious topics & less day to day logistics. I will tune in & choose Oracle cards for you if this feels in concurrence with how you are feeling. You are also welcome to choose your own cards. The format flows with the moment & the sharings are free to expand as they unfold. You are welcome to stop drinking at any time, although I do encourage you to enjoy the benefits the Tea has to offer. Time tends to slip away in ceremonial space & I honor the process as it unfolds. A donation to honor the space after 1.5 hours is appreciated with no expectation. Once we feel complete with the our moment in time together, I will close the ceremony & be grateful for your presence. There is an ancient Chinese saying..."drink tea, make friends".

Guests will be provided 2 pre-cut pieces of material to burn. Each guest will direct the application of a High Voltage of electricity to create individual Lichtenberg Figures or Fractal Burns. Once the figure materializes from the fire and smoke guests will design, create and paint their own unique masterpieces. All materials are provided for 2-4 creations each for this very unique experience as souvenirs, gifts or art for their homes. Other things to note This is a very unique form of burning wood using high voltage electricity to create unique designs that are not normally available to the average person. Let your imagination direct your creation once you see your unique burn. Costs is $50/person (min 2 persons with a max of 6 persons. Contact host if your party is more than 6). Although the Experience can last for 3 hours, times vary between 1.5 to 3 hours. As the first half of the experience is conducted with the garage door open, please dress appropriately for the season.

We will meet at Summit coffee in the River Arts District, 4 Foundry Street, where we can chat for a moment. From there we will walk out into Foundry which is where we'll begin our shoot. We will shoot for approximately 60 minutes. I will capture some candid and some portrait photos and will provide you with hi resolution files within 7 days. Number of photos you will receive is 10. Additional photos will be available. Your photos will be edited with professional editing software. Please review sample photos to see my editing style. This shoot is limited to 4 people total. If you want to book the time slot for yourself, you can book as a private group. This way I can give you more individual time. If you have requests for a larger group, location or additional time please contact me. Other things to note Be prepared to have your photo taken by selecting clothing, hair and makeup that you like. Also wear comfortable shoes as we will be walking around the location. Ladies bring lip color for touchup. **Dogs are welcome. It is recommended that you chose a private booking.
