As a parent, husband, and a Christian I understand that the stress we encounter in this complicated world can impact our self-esteem, our marriages, and our relationships with others and ourselves. No matter how big or small your problem may seem I believe that everyone can benefit from sitting down with a caring and qualified neutral party to explore possible solutions. Over the course of my career I have worked in multiple settings and have encountered a variety of mental health issues. As a counselor to both individuals and groups, I have learned that each person deserves an individualized approach. Rather than adopting only one methodology for all cases, I draw from a variety of methods to assess each situation. I will work in cooperation with my clients to find the best path for them to achieve their goals for success.
