The European Association for the Study of Science and Technology (EASST) is pleased to announce its 17th biennial conference, to be held in Dublin, Ireland, on 3-5 September 2023 at Dublin City University, and again on 2-4 September 2024 at the same venue. The conference theme is ‘Toward a New Materiality: Science and Technology in the Anthropocene’. EASST is the leading European interdisciplinary society for the study of science and technology. The Society’s conference is a major event in the European social science calendar, attracting some 500 participants from around the world. Conference sessions are organized around a set of core themes, with two keynote lectures each day. EASST welcomes proposals for papers, panels, and workshops on any aspect of the conference theme.
