Teaching method is quite fun, I’m not a boring teacher, Will try and encourage you, to be active, fit and healthy. While most people recognize that running benefits their physical health, the effort required to train and become persistent with yourself is hard to overcome for many people. The dedication it takes to train for and run a distance race can teach fundamental lessons about living your best life every day. We will study the goals as a runner, assess your current fitness level and come up with a plan for work towards your goals. After the initial sessions, you can carry out the plan yourself.
