We will be doing a mixture of Tai Chi and Breathwork before jumping into some ice baths! This is a great opportunity for:
- Team Bonding! Ice Baths wake everybody up and the shared discomfort brings people to
gether.
- Social Media! Who else that you know is jumping into an ice bath on Sunday morning?
- Reflection: The Ice Bath removes anything inessential. It helps to release feelings of being stuck, complacent, and angry.
